KIMCO Realty engaged with Mooring Commercial Construction on this new ground-up tilt-wall retail center; The Shops at Baybrook. While working alongside our Houston partner, Height Venture Architecture + Design, Mooring was able to utilize their value engineer plan for this Phase 1 project. Phase 1 will consist of building two pad sites adjacent to the infrastructure surrounding the 5-acre development. This new construction will feature 25,000 sqft of restaurant and retail spaces. The scheduled completion date is October 2023.
