Kite Realty Group partnered with Mooring Commercial Construction for a wide range of office and retail finish-outs and building renovations in Southlake Town Square. The expansive mixed-use development features 555,000 sqft of retail and office space. Mooring completed interior renovations and exterior modifications for a variety of offices and retail stores, including Tesla, Altar’d State, Banana Republic, Bath & Body Works, Gap Kids, First National Bank, TD Ameritrade, and PURE Cafe. In some cases, such as Coach, Mooring Commercial Construction executed brand refreshes that rolled out nationwide.

Our relationship with Mooring started in 2017. We have used their General Contractor services for our retail space for our remodels, blend and extend projects, and new store build outs. They do an excellent job, meet the construction dates, and offer very competitive rates.
