pOpshelf is a new national retail store concept offering an exciting, on-trend, and rotating selection of seasonal, houseware, home décor, health, and beauty products. Mooring Commercial Construction is driving this new store design and development of this national tenant improvement expansion. These retail buildouts are very fast-paced projects, with a quick turn-around time of 30 days. Mooring is managing the construction of 22 stores, with more on the concept horizon.

Our relationship with Mooring started in 2017. We have used their General Contractor services for our retail space for our remodels, blend and extend projects, and new store build outs. They do an excellent job, meet the construction dates, and offer very competitive rates.
