When Mooring Disaster Restoration was brought on to restore this Central Texas church’s historic sanctuary after a devastating fire, the irreplaceable stained-glass windows were a priority. Dating back to 1931, the windows are a mere 1/8th inch thick. Mooring removed the one-of-a-kind stained-glass panes for cleaning and reinstalled them with custom-crafted tempered glass panels to reinforce the delicate windows. The extensive Church fire required an entire re-build of the Sanctuary and multiple other rooms.
