Mooring Commercial Construction was hired to build a new British-style pub in the Harwood District of Dallas, TX, the Harwood Arms. The Mooring team constructed the 4,000 sqft British-style gastropub which features stately custom wood wainscoting, leather-covered booths, and a breezy outdoor terrace.

Our relationship with Mooring started in 2017. We have used their General Contractor services for our retail space for our remodels, blend and extend projects, and new store build outs. They do an excellent job, meet the construction dates, and offer very competitive rates.
