Mooring Commercial Construction was engaged as the general contractor for the construction of a neighborhood community office center. This build was constructed over a high-water, table-cased pier design that required a number of field modifications. By partnering with the architect to finalize the design, Mooring was able to utilize value engineering tactics to help us build the 20,000 sq. ft ground-up tilt wall with a custom glass storefront, EIFS, and split face stone.
