Mooring Commercial Construction teams played a role in this new construction project for Gander Outdoors. The ground-up RV & Outdoors retail facility included tilt-wall and metal components for the structure throughout both buildings. The 90,000 square-foot Fort Pierce Gander Outdoors store was built on 35 acres and is the largest facility in the country. Mooring Commercial Construction experts influenced the design-build and construction management of both projects.

Our relationship with Mooring started in 2017. We have used their General Contractor services for our retail space for our remodels, blend and extend projects, and new store build outs. They do an excellent job, meet the construction dates, and offer very competitive rates.
