When the team at Mooring heard that a North Texas county needed help stabilizing the building envelope of their historic courthouse, we were up for the challenge. Originally built in 1892, this Romanesque Revival courthouse presented unique hurdles due to its age and status on the National Register of Historic Places. However, Mooring successfully waterproofed the building, preserving this architectural treasure for future generations.
