Mooring was hired to finish out 25,000 square feet of the sixth floor of a high-rise commercial office building. The job required the entire demolition of the space along with a higher-end finish out. Working through the property management company, we collaborated closely with the architect, engineer and future tenant to make the necessary field modifications that ultimately saved them significant time and money. As a part of this process, weekly safety and progress meetings were held with all parties and the project was ultimately completed ahead of schedule and under the $1MM allotted budget.
