After a number of students, teachers, and faculty members fell ill, officials discovered that a central Texas school had widespread plumbing construction issues. Water intrusions from various exterior areas had caused water to pool and sewage to collect for over a decade unbeknownst to any of the staff resulting in issues with mold and bacteria. Mooring deployed quickly and performed a number of services including Demolition, Excavation/Soil Removal, Mold Remediation, Bacteria Cleanup (inside and underneath the building), HVAC Cleaning, Duct Work, and more. With our quick response and attention to detail, the restoration was completed quickly, and school was able to begin as scheduled.
