With the devastating back-to-back 2020 Hurricanes (Laura and Delta) in Louisiana, Cameron Parish, one of many cities affected, called Mooring Disaster Restoration for national emergency response and recovery needs. Mooring teams extracted CAT 3 water from elevator shafts, removed extreme debris, placed temporary patches and tarped roofs, and provided additional emergency equipment (generators and desiccants) to affected buildings and facilities in the area. This includes Cameron Parish Multi-purpose Center, Cameron Parish Recreation Facility, Cameron Parish Health Unit, and Cameron Law Enforcement Office.
