In 2018, Mooring Commercial Construction performed the finish-out of a highly anticipated luxury high-rise condominium project in the Harwood District of Dallas, TX. This high-end residential building is over 30 stories tall and was a uniquely complex project due to its varying condo sizes, design styles, and high-end, imported materials. A substantial part of the project was the design and completion of multiple hospitality and amenity rooms, including a 10,000-bottle wine cellar with three private climate-controlled wine storage rooms.

Our relationship with Mooring started in 2017. We have used their General Contractor services for our retail space for our remodels, blend and extend projects, and new store build outs. They do an excellent job, meet the construction dates, and offer very competitive rates.
