- Prepare accurate time-and-material invoices using multiple billing rate schedules with complete supporting documentation

Based within our DFW operations team, this position requires the ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where priorities can change rapidly. - Maintenance on the Mooring USA fleet, Trucks, Vans, Trailers. Oil Changes, registrations, Inspections.
- Must be able to travel at a moment’s notice for weeks at a time.
- When required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance of rental or customer owned equipment; must maintain service vehicles in a clean and professional manner.
- Setup electrical distribution and monitor on location until the emergency job is completed.
- Assist in the training of lower-level technicians as needed.
- Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) FULLBAY Program in a complete and timely manner daily.
- Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts.

- Build simple training guides and quick-reference material for the tools our team uses most
- Lead technology projects from planning through go-live, including new software rollouts and reporting tools
- Track IT spend, manage license renewals, and support vendor contract negotiations
- Get out from behind the desk to see how departments actually work, and recommend changes that keep our systems matched to how we really operate
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience
- 3–5 years administering business applications and supporting end users in an internal IT role
- Hands-on experience with at least one core business system, such as an ERP, CRM, or LMS, including experience with system integrations
- Experience coordinating software implementations or technology rollouts through go-live and user adoption

What You’ll Do
As a Restoration Technician, you will assist the Crew Lead in performing water mitigation, fire restoration, demolition, and cleanup services following Mooring USA’s emergency service guidelines. Your work will directly impact the lives of our clients by helping restore their properties and peace of mind.
- Assist with water extraction, demolition, cleaning, and pack-out of contents
- Remove and dispose of non-salvageable materials as directed
- Set up and break down air movers, dehumidifiers, and other equipment
- Follow safety protocols and proper material handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of vehicles, equipment, and warehouse
- Support team members and communicate clearly with the Crew Lead
- Provide high-quality service that meets company and customer expectations
- Adapt to changing job needs, emergency calls, and varying work environments
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team mindset\
- Physically able to work in extreme temperatures and demanding environments
- Willingness to work after hours and during emergencies
- Experience in fire/water damage restoration or mitigation
- Familiarity with demolition and cleanup processes
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

What You’ll Do
As a Catastrophe Response Project Manager, you will serve as a front-line leader in disaster situations, coordinating large-loss projects from mobilization through recovery. This is a highly responsive, travel-intensive position that demands strategic thinking, operational oversight, and a deep understanding of restoration and construction best practices.
- Be on-call 24/7/365 to deploy immediately to disaster sites across the U.S.
- Maintain readiness of CAT trailers, equipment, and materials for rapid mobilization
- Support local offices or special assignments as directed by leadership
- Conduct on-site walk-throughs with clients, adjusters, and consultants
- Assist in writing and developing scopes of work and projected cost estimates
- Obtain authorization signatures and provide a detailed scope within 48 hours of project initiation
- Identify safety hazards and ensure compliance with permit and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment for deployment under strict timelines
- Assign appropriate labor classifications per Mooring’s Time & Material Rate Schedule
- Represent Mooring with professionalism and integrity at every stage of the project
- Degree in Business, Construction Management, or equivalent field experience
- Extensive experience in mitigation, restoration, and construction practices
- Proficiency with estimating, administrative, and accounting software
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally with minimal notice
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of all Mooring service offerings
- Previous experience in catastrophe response and large-loss project management
