Safety

Protecting People is what matters the most at Mooring.

Mooring Safe is far more than an idea or words on paper. It’s a way to work that secures and protects our quality of life. It’s how we improve and perform every task, every day, in a responsible manner.

It’s how we do what we do – and most importantly who we do it for. It’s a constant reminder that we are important, and not just as employees or to the people we work with, but to the people we go home to every day.

Mooring Safety Management
and Training

Safety management and safety training are the foundation for maintaining Mooring’s safety program, Mooring SAFE.

SafetyPlusWeb™ is our comprehensive, cloud-based safety management software. Built by safety experts with over 30 years of industry experience, SafetyPlusWeb has the tools we need and use to manage every project first and foremost through the lens of our safety program – effectively and efficiently.

Mooring’s eSafety cloud-based platform is in place to train our staff, track training and other employee requirements, log inspections, manage incidents, capture employee signatures, and analyze trends in every aspect of our safety program.

Sent every other month to our entire Mooring family – our Mooring SAFE Newsletter celebrates safety achievements, prompts continued safety training and education, promotes OSHA standards and practices and supports National Safety Council key initiatives throughout the year.

Other key aspects of our safety program include CAT Boot Camp (Annual Hurricane Preparedness Company Initiative), and daily CAT safety/intel briefings during disaster events.

Daily safety training with our Toolbox Talks programs is a requirement and critical to ensure safety standards and handling machinery and materials required for Commercial Construction and Disaster Restoration jobs.
